well, this week, I have visited the dietician (dum dum DUM) and she was just LOVELY. She talked with me for AGES and devised a weight-gain meal plan for me, which I have STUCK to for 4 whole days-PROUD-O-ME!!! I'm actually shocked at myself for being able to do it: I KNEW that if I saw a dietician and they TOLD me 'THIS is what you need' then I would do it, and do it I have!! I also turned 19 today! My dad tied a pink ribbon around my oats-box this mornin, just to make breakfast a little easier, how SWEET! And I was distracted opening all my cards at breakfast, and taking mouthfuls in between that I barely noticed I was nearly done by the time they were all opened-brilliant! Also, it's 30 degrees in Ireland today-NOT a common thing, like I'm talkin it's only that temp. once a year and we've had it a couple of days in a ROW now! fantastic! I went to college and sat out in the sunshine with my friends, wearing....*DRUM ROLL* a TIGHT vest top and an OPEN light shirt: now, just to clarify, for over a year, I would'nt (and actually couldn't considering what i weighed) wear anything less than 4 layers, and even then I was perpetually cold, but today it was so warm and I sat on the ground with my friends in the sunshine, and walked around college, with my rib cage in full view and I just DID it, no matter how horrible people probably thot it looked, fuck 'em! And, I had my first birthday cake in 3 years today!!
Now, i did promise I'd start posting photos, but the first few days there hasn't been anything too exciting on my new diet; I've just stuck straight (or near enough) to the given meal plan, just til I get used to the increases, but tomoro I'm plannin to 'shake' things up a bit and try some new things maybe, but here's just two photos for the pot!

That's my lovely peanut butter and banana sandwich with full fat peanut butter (AAAA) and the other is a nutritional build-up drink-surprisingly YUMMMMY for a build-up drink!! And 3 ginger snap biscuits, which I'm officially in LOVE with now! I really am enjoying most of the things I'm eating, because my dietician must have said a million times, "Now, what would YOU like for this meal?", not "you HAVE to eat this", she built it around my likes (mostly) and just encouraged me with different options and every single meal I have is nutrionally balanced with ALL the food groups, and I'm mostly really happy with it. My porridge does taste very different made with milk, I must say, it's much creamier!
Well, I hava big show tomoro, singing lotsa solos (NOT lookin forward to that part; I can act infront of squillions of people but singing infront of 50 is much harder for some reason!)
More pictures next time, I promise!
Nitey nite xo

Whooo! I'm so glad you are so happy with your nutritionist. Seriously, if you can't trust your nutritionist... everything is SO hard and I am saying this from experience. Lucky that you are starting off so well and are enjoying your new diet! I'm so proud that you had cake. I am admiring your positive attitude, you are going to get far, girl. I have faith that you can get through all this, really!
